Required Certifications & Documents

Fingerprint Clearance Card (A.R.S. 46-141 Level 1)

CPR & First Aid Certification (in-person classes only)

High School Diploma / GED (or higher education)

Valid Arizona Driver’s License (no restrictions)

Personal Vehicle with active insurance & registration

Physical Examination (completed within the last 6 months)

TB Test

Arizona (Maricopa County) Food Handler’s Card

Professional Skills & Experience

Practical skills in cooking, cleaning, organizing, supervision, laundry, and mentoring

Willingness to attend a Christian church service

Ability to pass a drug test and a 7-year criminal background check
